Tom Loosemore

Partner, Public Digital

Tom, who is a partner at Public Digital, literally co-wrote the book on digital delivery ‘Digital transformation at scale: why the strategy is delivery’. Tom was responsible for UK’s first Government Digital Strategy, and served as the GDS’s deputy director for five years. Public Digital is working in partnership with NHS Providers to lead the Digital for Boards programme, working with trusts across the NHS.
